There was no attempt from the company to try and recover the fund just a notice on the the home page stating that it was an unfortunate event that happened.. I tried to communicate with the company several times, however they failed to reply other than using the notice on the Home page...in the mean time the company was continuing to offer liquidity pools to new investors and went on trading as if nothing happened ..2 weeks later most of my messages to support team had been deleted..and communication was lost. They have now since closed the platform down stating that due to investors removing their fund has liquidated the pools.. There is no point of contact with this company as I believe they were a fraudulent company in the first place....I have taken snapshots of messages with support before they were removed...and on one of the messages it states by the support team that all users deposits are insured under the provisions of cryptocurrency services and Japanese Law... I have further details if you are able to help Thanks Dom --EdoMail64e38c0d_25224565_54a9 Content-Type: text/html; charset="utf-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Content-Disposition: inline <div id=3D=22edo-message=22><div style=3D=22=22><div style=3D=22=22><span= style=3D=22font-size: 16px;=22>Hi I invested in a liquidity pool that wa= s run by a platform called DEXPool.io</span></div><div style=3D=22=22><sp= an style=3D=22font-size: 16px;=22>I invested 65,470 XRP..Then one morning= I woke up to find out that my funds were liquidated..the reason the comp= any gave was that there was a hack..</span></div><div style=3D=22=22><spa= n style=3D=22font-size: 16px;=22>There was no attempt from the company to= try and recover the fund just a notice on the the home page stating that= it was an unfortunate event that happened..
