You=E2=80=99ll recognise a few changes at Pacific Epping as restrictions a=
re eased across metropolitan Melbourne.
While we continue to operate at a reduced level=2C we are thrilled to be a=
ble to begin to welcome back permitted retailers and services in a staged=

Pacific Epping Social Distancing Ambassadors
We=E2=80=99re pleased to be able to welcome specially selected social dist=
ancing ambassadors to Pacific Epping. These ambassadors will roam our mall=
s and provide a reminder of the need to keep a 1.5 metre distance from oth=
ers.

These dedicated ambassadors=2C dressed in an easily identifiable uniform=
=2C will offer friendly and approachable direction to both customers and r=
etailers around correct social distancing and responsible queuing. By fiel=
ding questions and ensuring that visitors to the centre are observing stat=
e-mandated physical distancing rules at all times=2C these roving ambassad=
ors will relieve pressure on our busy retail partners.

Our security=2C cleaning and customer service staff will also take on the=
 responsibility of dispensing social distancing advice to ensure maximum c=
overage across the centre.
