Hi Helen!

Thank you for choosing NuLeaf Naturals. The dosage amount for CBD oil can=
 vary greatly between people. Most people report taking between 5-10 drop=
s (approx. 15-30mg) once or twice daily as their best regimen, which can =
be taken at any time of the day, as well as before or after a meal. (For =
reference, 10 drops is 30mg of CBD).

We encourage everyone to experiment with serving size to find their best =
solution. Some customers report using less, some report using more. Every=
one's endocannabinoid system is different, so recommendation provided is =
a good starting point to experiment with.

Some people report immediate effects whereas for others the effects take =
longer. We all produce cannabinoids naturally, and at amounts less than w=
hat our body needs. By taking phytocannabinoids through CBD oil we are ma=
king up for that difference. I recommend letting a recommended daily dosa=
ge settle into your system for at least 5-7 days before expecting to feel=
 the results on your body. You will be able to reduce to a maintenance do=
se once effects are consistent as your cells have, at that point, attaine=
d CBD saturation which can simply be maintained moving forward.

The recommended form of ingestion is sublingually - we recommend dropping=
